Chef Paul joined the Bridgeport
Rescue Mission team in January
2008. Paul has 25 years
experience as a Chef in major
hotels and restaurants. Working
at the Bridgeport Rescue
Mission, Chef Paul has found a
way combine his desire to help
people, serve God and utilize
his talents and experience as a
professional Chef.
As Food
Service Manager, Chef Paul is
responsible for the day-to-day
operations of the Main Campus
Kitchen, our Food Pantry and
Mobile Kitchen. He oversees the
Kitchen personnel and
volunteers. Paul also teaches
classes in cooking and
sanitation to the men in the New
Life Program, as well as
volunteers, helping to make a
difference in their lives.
Chef Paul lives with his wife
and son in Bridgeport.
