Terry Wilcox has served as the Executive Director of the Bridgeport Rescue Mission since January 1, 2002.  He is an ordained minister with 25 years experience as a pastor and over a decade experience in Rescue Mission ministry.

Mr. Mike Cobb
 Director of Operations		  
  Pastor Mike Cobb was raised in Stamford, CT.  He attended Cornell University, where he earned an engineering degree.  He has worked in the defense industry, in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries as a sales representative and he has also managed and operated his own small business.  He is the assistant pastor at Faith Revival Center Church in Bridgeport, CT.

Ms. Linda Casey

Linda Casey is the Director of Development and came to the Mission in October, 2006.  She has worked as a sales and marketing professional and has a long history of leadership and fundraising experience with faith-based organizations.

Rev. Jeremiah Williamson
Chaplain, Men’s Program Ministry		  
 
Jeremiah came to know the Lord in 1985. That experience set the course of his life.

Jeremiah has been in ministry for over a decade. He was ordained in Colorado Springs at Grace Fellowship Church and graduated from the Colorado Bible College. Jeremiah worked as the Senior Chaplain at the Springs Mission (Colorado), and came to the Bridgeport Rescue Mission in January 2002.

Ms. Nancy DeMaille
Director of Women’s Services		  
 
Nancy was born and raised in Bridgeport.  She graduated from Notre Dame High School and St Vincent's School of Radiological Technology.  She worked in St. Vincent’s and Bridgeport Hospitals as an X-ray technician for many years.

Fr. Michael Moran
Program Director		  
 
Father Michael Moran joined Bridgeport Rescue Mission in October, 2007. He is an ordained priest in the Southern Episcopal Church, headquartered in Nashville, TN.

Fr. Michael has a diverse background previously working in the secular business world as CEO of M.A.P., SNET, SBC Global markets, and as a business owner of Pillar to Post Professional Home Inspections. He has combined his administrative gifts with his ordained pastoral gifts as Program Director of the Bridgeport Rescue Mission.

Morris McCloud

Brother Morris is our newest member to the BRM family having come on board in July 2008 as the Asst. Program Director. Morris grew up in Connecticut and attended Eastern Connecticut State University, earning a degree in Psychology. He has worked in the Human Services field
for over 25 years as a Social Worker, Mental Health Worker and
Career Educational Counselor in the public and vocational school systems.

Chef Paul joined the Bridgeport Rescue Mission team in January 2008. Paul has 25 years experience as a Chef in major hotels and restaurants. Working at the Bridgeport Rescue Mission, Chef Paul has found a way combine his desire to help people, serve God and utilize his talents and experience as a professional Chef.

Trudy is the development associate and joined Bridgeport Rescue Mission in March of 2008.

She spent several years in child care and the past 10 years in an administrative capacity both in healthcare and for a Christian publications organization.

Jill Monroe joined our staff in July 2007. Jill comes from a computer helpdesk background and later worked as church secretary for Mary Taylor Memorial UMC in Milford and the Covenant Church of Easton, where she and her family are members.
